OK folks. When you beat Halo 3, be sure to watch through all the credits. Pretty good game, but I couldn't help feeling a distinct sense of deja vu. Like I had played the same game twice before, with the same challenges... Really H3 is more like Halo Alpha. All cranked up, but pretty much the same as before. I mean, I kept reading about all the R&D going into this game, the studies and the testing. The end result is really just another dungeon crawl when you get down to it. FPS games should look at the oblivion model, I think, and make something more open-ended.
Can't wait for Mass Effect.

I never really liked any of the Halo games, and I LIKE video games. I got bored with the formula.
I had a student hand in Foreigner's "Jukebox Hero" as an original poem. She did give it an original title: "Rain Guitar." She put hearts over the i's. It looked really cool. I'm going to frame it.
Congrats on the new digs,

Dude, that is so awesome. You should make her karaoke it in class.
I want to get teh Orange Box. I loved HL 2 and epi's 1 and 2 look good. It all looks pretty good on the 360, and then there's Portal and TF2 too, all for the price of one game? I might go get it tonight.
