Well, I'm busy again. Probably have to work this weekend again.

I've been making a List of Random Things by my desk at work. Today I will add this item: "Enjoy the slow times, you stupid idiot."

I'm such a stupid idiot.

Of course, now that I've said that I'm reminded of what Eric told me yesterday about his friend, the design director at a similarly-sized agency getting laid off this last weekend. Le sigh. No security in this business. One of these days it's gonna make me go...(choke)...corporate.

Corporate ad-work is like the bizarro world of design. The things that rule out here suck there, and vice-versa. So, I'd be doing mindless work for more money without the possibility of losing my job.

Speaking of work, I've got some stuff I'll post later. A TV spot I just done did and a poster I'm workin' on that I kinda like. If I have a tic or stutter these days it's because of the TV spot.
