Neat new (to me) funny book called Scott Pilgrim. Finished Volume 1 (Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life) of this Canadian relationship manga published by Oni press (who also do Queen & Country which is pretty good) right here in PDX. Other comix we got: Capote In Kansas, pretty good but unnecessary IMHO if you've read ICB; Powers, a staple; Midnight Sun, which I’m about to give up on because it moves at a snail’s pace; and the aforementioned Queen and Country, which I’m getting to like more and more, James Bond military fiction.
