I had a dream last night about a young boy and girl who lost their virginities on a field overlooking their city in the autumn. The story was told in comic book form, illustrated by Daniel Clowes. In the story, the two had been friends for a long time, but on this day the girl had been abused by some local roughians who had pinned tissue paper legs to the girl's real legs to mock her, because she was a cripple and confined to a wheelchair. The boy found her crying and consoled her and, then you know... one thing led to another I guess. My dream wasn't really explicit, sorry. The last frame showed the girl's tissue limbs flying away.

I woke up and thought this dream was strange because it seems like nothing I would make up. So now I can't decide if I did, or if I just read this story somewhere.

wow! that's an awesome dream. especially that you could recognize the illustrator... and actually the story line is pretty good... i find it really weird we you get those occasional dreams that are in a different media... like i've had one or two dreams that lurched in and out of being first person shooters... with scores in the top corner and everything...
