I saw this ad this morning for JC Penny, for valentine's day. It had all these people opening boxes with jewelry, lingerie, etc. Also in each box was a big red balloon which leapt into the air after the gift was received. The final frames of the spot showed a sky filled with red orbs. The soundtrack? 99 Red Balloons. I almost choked on my fruit loops.
