Happy birthday to me
I'm now thirty-three
I watched lots of John Cryer
When he was on TV
21 Jumpstreet!
So, I went to the gym tonight and did some miles, and as always I listened to my ipod. I do this not solely for the enjoyment. I believe the ipod is a powerful tool for descrying the future. I believe in ipodiomancy.
Pressing random, I listen to the first three songs, and take from them readings about the past, present and future. Not necessarily in that order.
My first song tonight? "Forever Young" by Alphaville. I shit you not. "Forever young, I want to be forever young...". No need to phone Delphi on this one.
Next up was "I'm a cuckoo" by Belle & Sebastian. "I'd rather be in Tokyo. I'd rather listen to Thin Lizzy-o, and watch the Sunday gang in Harajuku. There's something wrong with me. I'm a cuckoo."
And the last of the triad: "Radio Clash" by The Clash. Kinda stumped me, but it still rocks. "This is Radio Clash using audio ammunition. This is Radio Clash, can we GET THAT WORLD TO LISTEN?!"
I leave you to interpret these signs as you will.
